Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at CPMS, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We will do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with us, however occasionally you need to return an item.

To return an item or items, a return form needs to be completed and returned with your invoice and goods to:

CPMS, Unit B36, Pinelands Business Park, Pinelands, Cape Town 7406.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/new and in the same condition that you received it, however it does not need to be in its original packaging.

You are welcome to return the goods at our premises or via registered post or by using a reputable courier company.

The item/s will be checked by our technician/s on reciept and you will be notified with in seven (7) days the outcome.

Please state clearly on the return form or invoice the reason for the return and whatever you require a refund or an exchange.


The refund will be processed within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods. If the outcome of the item recieved is not faulty and the request is for a refund, there will be a 10% handling fee.

If a refund is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


If the item proves to be, not faulty, the return postage/courier costs are for your own cost and risk, otherwise, if faulty, the re-placed item will be returned free of charge.
