At CPMS we understand that you don't just want good value and service, you want peace of mind with regards to quality as well.
If the toner cartridge/s is presumed to be defective, a sample of the printout to be mailed to CPMS for an initial assement. If required and it is within the area of Cape Town CBD and surrounding suburbs, it will be collected, if outside the said area, the client must arange delivery of the said cartridge to CPMS.
The gaurantee is only related to the accepted workings of the laser cartridge, no refund and/or replacement will be applicable to any damage that may occur in transit, ie Toner spillage, cracked and/or damaged cartridge casing, etc.
A diagnostic analysis willl be performed to determine the cause of the problem and a diagnostic analysis report will be delivered to the buyer within 48 hours.
If cartridge is defective, the said cartridge will be replaced within five (5) business days of the diagnostic analysis report to the buyer at no cost to the Buyer.
Replacement cartridges shall be properly marked as replacements and identified by the purchase order number.
